Order Of Catholic Nuns Asks 10th Circuit To Overturn Denial Of Injunction

Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 8:08 AM EDT) -- DENVER — An order of Catholic nuns protesting the denial of a preliminary injunction in their challenge to the birth control mandate contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) filed a brief Feb. 24, 2014, with the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, asking the court to overturn the decision (Little Sisters of the Poor Home for the Aged, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 13-1540, 10th Cir.).
