Mealey's (November 4, 2015, 1:17 PM EST) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A California-based Native American tribe and the United States on Nov. 2 disputed arguments by two water districts that case law regarding reserved water rights has changed (Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians v. Coachella Valley Water District, et al., No. 13-883, C.D. Calif., Eastern Div.).
