Mealey's (March 25, 2019, 9:23 AM EDT) -- SALT LAKE CITY — Mrs. Fields Franchising LLC and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands LLC (Mrs. Fields, collectively) were ordered March 20 by a Utah federal judge to restore a popcorn manufacturer’s right to use the “Mrs. Fields” trademark pursuant to the parties’ April 2013 trademark license agreement (TLA) (Mrs. Fields Franchising LLC, et al. v. MFGPC Inc., No. 15-94, D. Utah, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 47192)....
