Mealey's (March 21, 2019, 1:41 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A New York federal judge on March 19 denied a request filed by investment companies and their principal to stay a lawsuit pending the outcome of an international arbitration filed over the alleged mismanagement of a Panamanian hotel, finding that not all of the hotel management companies’ claims will be resolved in the arbitration and that the parties failed to show that the arbitration will likely end soon (Ithaca Capital Investments I, S.A., et al. v.
