(March 18, 2019, 12:43 PM EDT) -- LINCOLN, Neb. — The Nebraska Supreme Court on March 15 affirmed a trial court’s ruling that a meat processor maintained the proper insurance according to the terms of a contract with the meat supplier and did not breach the contract by allowing the insurance policy to include an exclusion for E. coli contamination (Meyer Natural Foods LLC, et al. v.
