(March 12, 2019, 11:34 AM EDT) -- ALAMEDA, Calif. — A California federal judge on March 8 issued findings of fact and a permanent injunction barring the National Collegiate Athletic Associations (NCAA), its officers and agents and member school and conferences from limiting compensation or benefits related to education for student-athletes playing on Division I women’s and men’s basketball and Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) teams (In re: National Collegiate Athletic Association Athletic Grant-In-Aid Cap Antitrust Litigation, No. 14-2541, N.D. Calif.)....
