Mealey's (March 12, 2019, 9:17 AM EDT) -- BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Insureds on March 8 filed their objection to a New York federal magistrate’s Feb. 6 recommendation that their insurer's motions for leave to amend its answer to include certain counterclaims, to compel and for sanctions be granted and their motion to file a second amended complaint be denied in their coverage dispute following Superstorm Sandy (Robert and Laura Toussie v. Allstate Insurance Company, No. 15-5235, E.D. N.Y.)....
