Mealey's (March 6, 2019, 11:19 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A New York justice on Feb. 26 granted two insurers’ motions for summary judgment in a lawsuit seeking coverage under a fidelity bond for the alleged dishonest acts of the insured’s managing general agent, finding that the “extensive deposition and documentary record” in this case “leaves no room” for the court to deny the insurers’ motions (Starr Insurance Holdings, Inc., et al. v.
