Mealey's (February 28, 2019, 10:25 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A New York federal judge on Feb. 14 agreed to narrow the defendants in a collective and class wage complaint against a chain of Sichuanese restaurants, granting a motion to dismiss filed by more than a dozen of the defendants after determining that the lead plaintiff, who only worked at two of the restaurants, failed to show any connection between him and the other entities or locations they managed (Hsieh Liang Yeh, et al. v.
