Mealey's (February 26, 2019, 12:06 PM EST) -- CARRIZO SPRINGS, Texas — A Texas jury awarded $33 million on Feb. 22 to the widow and two children of a man who was killed when his vehicle was struck by a cement truck that had a tire blow out.
