Mealey's (February 1, 2019, 1:53 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Federal workers in three complaints seeking pay during the recent federal shutdown all filed notices on Jan. 26 voluntarily withdrawing their motions for preliminary injunctions after the government reopened, but a District of Columbia federal judge on Jan. 31 held a status conference and set a schedule for new motions should another shutdown occur on Feb. 15 (National Treasury Employees Union v.
