Mealey's (February 1, 2019, 1:40 PM EST) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — A Delaware federal judge on Jan. 30 denied a request by asbestos claimants to have the debtors in the Chapter 11 case of Energy Future Holdings Corp. pay their attorney fees based on the claimants’ “substantial contribution” to the case, finding that the debtors saw no significant benefits from the claimants’ work (Sherry Fenicle, et al. v.
