Mealey's (January 18, 2019, 3:42 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A District of Columbia federal judge on Jan. 15 denied a motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) filed by the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) in a lawsuit seeking pay for work performing during the government shutdown and scheduled a hearing on the association’s motion for preliminary injunction for Jan. 31 (National Air Traffic Controllers Association, et al. v. United States, et al., No. 19-62, D. D.C.)....
