Mealey's (December 5, 2018, 2:19 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A federal judge in Pennsylvania on Dec. 3 ruled that although a pharmaceutical company specializing in sleep medications has failed to show that its employees list is a trade secret under state or federal law, it has sufficiently shown that its former business partner violated state and federal trade secrets laws by using the drug company’s confidential and proprietary information to secure a business relationship with a competitor (Jazz Pharmaceuticals Inc. v.
