Court: ACA Doesn’t Disturb Divorce Decree’s Insurance Provision

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 9:44 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — Nothing in the record suggests that an ex-wife could obtain cheaper insurance through the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) than through her ex-husband, a Pennsylvania appeals court held Feb. 27 in keeping a divorce decree in place (Nicholas J. Prestosh v. Joy A. Prestosh, No. 2144 EDA 2014, Pa. Super.).
