Inc. Health & Welfare Plan and its alleged fiduciaries and service providers entered into their respective tolling agreements with the secretary, granting the defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment in a lawsuit alleging that they charged the employee benefit plan excessive fees for services and engaged in prohibited transactions (R.
