Mealey's (November 21, 2018, 2:31 PM EST) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — Juries routinely award fault on a percentage basis and are capable of doing so in asbestos cases after hearing extensive evidence on the location and frequency of exposure, an amicus curiae group told the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Nov. 16.
