(October 14, 2015, 1:20 PM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Applying Florida state law, the West Virginia federal judge overseeing the Boston Scientific Corp. pelvic mesh multidistrict litigation on Oct. 5 in general granted summary judgment on all claims by eight plaintiffs except for strict liability for design defect and negligent defect (Dolly Allen v.
