(November 16, 2018, 2:05 PM EST) -- OAKLAND, Calif. — A California state court judge on Nov. 15 granted a couple’s motion for an expedited trial in their lawsuit against Monsanto Co., which they contend is liable for their cancer because they were exposed to glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup.
