Jury Rules Against Apple In Wisconsin Patent Litigation

(October 14, 2015, 9:51 AM EDT) -- MADISON, Wis. — Following a week-long trial, jurors empanelled before U.S. Judge William M. Conley of the Western District of Washington on Oct. 12 sided squarely with the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) in a patent infringement action against Apple Inc. (Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation v. Apple Inc., No. 14-62, W.D. Wis.).
