Couple Can’t Intervene In Zostavax Vaccine Case In Bid To Revive Their Claims

(October 26, 2018, 1:45 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — The Pennsylvania federal judge overseeing the Zostavax multidistrict litigation on Oct. 24 said a couple who had their vaccine case dismissed earlier as time-barred cannot intervene in another lawsuit to get access to discovery data and reopen their case (In Re:  Zostavax Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2848, Jerome Dotter, et al. v.
