Mealey's (October 7, 2015, 12:15 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Interlocutory appeal of a standing order serves only to delay final resolution of a challenge to a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) funding, the House of Representatives told a federal judge in the District of Columbia on Oct. 5 (United States House of Representatives v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-1967, D. D.C.).
