6th Circuit Will Not Revisit Ruling Enforcing NLRB Jurisdiction Over Tribal Casino
Mealey's (October 6, 2015, 2:02 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 29 declined to reconsider its decision enforcing the National Labor Relations Board’s jurisdiction over an Indian tribe’s operation of a casino on reservation land (Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort v. National Labor Relations Board, Nos. 14-2405/2558, 6th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 17360).
