Catholic Benefits Group Urges Judge To Consider Class Certification

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 9:10 AM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — A Catholic benefits group told a federal judge in Oklahoma on Jan. 20 that considering their class certification motion during appeal of a ruling enjoining the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate is in the best interest of judicial efficiency (The Catholic Benefits Association LCA; The Catholic Insurance Co. v. Sylvia M. Burwell, et al., No. 14-240, W.D. Okla.).
