U.S. Supreme Court Refuses To Take Up Suit Over Formaldehyde Vapors

(October 5, 2015, 1:44 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 5 refused to review a Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruling affirming a decision by a federal judge in South Carolina that plaintiffs’ claims over the presence of formaldehyde vapors in mobile homes sold by CMH Homes Inc. were untimely (Rose McKinley v CMH Homes Inc., No. 14-10049, U.S. Sup.).
