U.S. Supreme Court Rejects Employer Mandate Implementation Challenge
Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 9:06 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Jan. 12 declined to review a ruling finding that a doctor and physicians group lacked standing to challenge the delayed implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s employer mandate (Association of American Physicians & Surgeons Inc., and Robert T. McQueeney v. John Koskinen, commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, in his official capacity, No. 14-350, U.S. Sup.).
