American Airlines Dismissed From Class Suit Over Uniforms Making Workers Sick

Mealey's (September 5, 2018, 1:17 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — An Illinois federal judge on Sept. 4 granted a motion to dismiss American Airlines Inc. from a class complaint by employees who allege that new uniforms ordered in 2016 made them sick; however, the judge declined to dismiss claims against the uniforms’ maker (Thor Zurbriggen, et al. v.
