Parties In Groundwater Contamination Case Seek Continuance Ahead Of Trial

(October 5, 2015, 7:46 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A hydraulic fracturing company that was sued by residents who contend that it is responsible for contaminating their groundwater on Sept. 4 filed a joint motion with the residents in Pennsylvania federal court seeking a continuance (Tammy Manning v. WPX Energy Appalachia LLC, No. 12-0646, M.D. Pa.).
