Lago Agrio Plaintiffs’ Counsel In Contempt, Should Be Sanctioned, Chevron Says

Donziger, the attorney who represented a group of Ecuadorian residents who won an $18.5 billion judgment against the company in a court in Ecuador for injuries only to have it reversed, in contempt of the district court’s 2016 racketeering judgment and enter coercive sanctions to prevent further contempt of that judgment (Chevron Corporation v.
