Mealey's (October 2, 2015, 3:21 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma federal judge on Sept. 28 granted a rural water district’s motion to award prejudgment interest on a $1.2 million verdict it won against a city in a territorial lawsuit (Rural Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Management District No. 1, Logan County, et al. v. City of Guthrie, et al., No. 05-786, W.D. Okla.).
