Measure Repealing ACA Heads To Senate After Party-Line House Vote

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 4:02 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. House of Representatives voted to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) on Feb. 3 in a 239-186 vote along largely party lines.

Three Republicans voted against repeal while another three did not vote. The three Republicans voting against repeal were John Katko, R-N.Y., Bruce Poliquin, R-Maine, and Robert Dold, R-Ill. Five Democrats did not vote.
