(July 23, 2018, 11:58 AM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey appellate panel on July 18, based on recent case law, reinstated a jury’s $6.3 million award in repair damages for a class of owners of Kia Sephia vehicles who allege that the company knowingly sold cars with defective brakes (Regina Little, et al. v. Kia Motors America, Inc., No. A-0794-15T3, N.J. Super., App. Div., 2018 N.J. Super. LEXIS 107)....
