3rd Circuit Grants Motion To Hold Religious Objectors’ ACA Challenge In Abeyance
Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:46 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 2 granted the government’s motion to hold religious objectors’ challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate in abeyance while the court considers other cases (Most Reverend Lawrence E. Brandt, et al. v. HHS, et al., No. 14-3663, 14-4087, 3rd Cir.).
