(July 11, 2018, 12:44 PM EDT) -- CAMDEN, N.J. — In denying a pair of dismissal motions, a federal judge in New Jersey on June 25 ruled that a ship builder has shown that defense contractor Lockheed Martin Corp. and a naval engineering firm breached the terms of several nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) and that the ship builder properly identified certain trade secrets the defendants allegedly misappropriated (FastShip LLC, et al. v. Lockheed Martin Corp., et al., No. 17-2919, D. N.J., 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 113575).
