Senate Legislation Seeks To Ensure ACA Benefits For Foster Youth

(September 29, 2015, 11:43 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Legislation introduced in the Senate in July seeks to ensure that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) use of the word “state” does not prevent foster children from receiving ongoing insurance coverage.
