Judge Will Await Ruling In King Before Deciding ACA Subsidy Challenge

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:38 PM EDT) -- INDIANAPOLIS — The federal judge presiding over the State of Indiana’s challenge to the existence of subsidies in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) federal exchange said he would wait to address pending motions until the Supreme Court rules on King v. Burwell (No. 14-114, U.S. Sup.). (State of Indiana v. Internal Revenue Service, et al., 13-1612, S.D. Ind.).
