Autocam, Government Move For Injunction In ACA Birth-Control Case

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:09 PM EDT) -- SAN ANTONIO — The government and privately held for-profit corporation Autocam Corp. on Dec. 19, 2014, asked a federal judge in Michigan to permanently enjoin implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) birth-control mandate against the company (Autocam Corp., et al. v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., No. 12-1096, W.D. Mich.).
