5th Circuit Grants Stay In ACA Challenge While It Ponders Similar Cases

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:07 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 12, 2014, granted the government’s unopposed motion to stay its appeal of a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate ruling pending the resolution of related cases (Louisiana College v. Sylvia Matthews Burwell, et al., No. 14-31167, 5th Cir.).
