Tennessee Jurors Award $4.6 Million In Take-Home Asbestos Exposure Case

(September 24, 2015, 12:20 PM EDT) -- JACKSON, Tenn. — A Tennessee jury on Aug. 21 awarded a couple $4.6 million and found Ford Motor Co. 71 percent liable for a woman’s exposure to asbestos on the clothing of her husband, sources told Mealey Publications (Joyce and Ronnie Stockton v. Ford Motor Co., No. N/A, Tenn. Cir., Madison Co.).
