(September 23, 2015, 1:24 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — The assignee of an insolvent reinsurer’s reinsurance accounts receivables and a reinsurance pool agent and manager recently argued over a motion to dismiss a complaint in a federal court in New York; the sides are specifically arguing over whether a party’s claim becomes ripe when it first has the legal right to demand payment or after a party first learns that the fiduciary has explicitly repudiated its trust (NEM Re Receivables LLC v.
