(May 16, 2018, 9:26 AM EDT) -- PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A Rhode Island trial court justice erred when awarding summary judgment to the owners and operators of an ice arena, the state’s high court ruled May 8, finding that a jury should have determined when the defendants were on notice of an alleged emissions leak from a Zamboni that caused a college hockey player to suffer a lung injury as a result of inhaling the fumes (Ian DeLong v.
