(April 25, 2018, 6:04 PM EDT) -- JERSEY CITY, N.J. — In an unpublished opinion released April 19, a panel of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division reversed a trial court’s order granting summary judgment for a gym in a negligence suit because a woman who injured herself on a treadmill was only on the treadmill because a fitness instructor told her to get on one and she did not engage in any activity involving an inherent risk (Kyung Pak v.
