Bard Inc. inferior vena cava (IVC) filter multidistrict litigation on April 18 denied a defense motion to preclude evidence of earlier, problematic IVC filters but did exclude evidence of deaths form a first-generation filter that was withdrawn and redesigned three times (In Re:  Bard IV Filters Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2641, No. 15-2641, Doris Jones v.
