$15 Million Award Upheld By Federal Circuit In Patent Litigation

Mealey's (September 21, 2015, 1:49 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A Texas federal judge’s final judgment confirming a jury award of $15 million on allegations of patent infringement was affirmed Sept. 21 by the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Summit 6 LLC v. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Nos. 13-1648, -1651, N.D. Texas).
