FDA Issues ACA-Mandated Nutritional Labeling Rules

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:52 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Restaurants, retail food establishments and vending machines with more than 20 locations will need additional nutritional labeling under rules finalized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Nov. 25, 2014, in compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
