Celebrity Janice Dickinson Says Cosby’s Insurer Owes Coverage For Her Defamation Suit

Mealey's (September 21, 2015, 10:54 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — Model, actress and TV producer Janice Dickinson argues in a Sept. 8 filing that William H. Cosby Jr.’s insurer owes coverage for her underlying complaint against the actor, contending that her claims “consist only of defamation, false light and intentional infliction of emotional distress in light of certain defamatory statements made by Defendant Cosby” and, therefore, are not barred from coverage (AIG Property Casualty Co. v. William H. Cosby, et al., No. 15-04842, C.D. Calif.)
