Mealey's (September 17, 2015, 2:46 PM EDT) -- SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Actor William Cosby Jr. on Sept. 14 moved to dismiss or stay his homeowners and excess insurer’s lawsuit disputing coverage for underlying defamation claims stemming from his alleged sexual misconduct (AIG Property Casualty Co. v. Tamara Green, et al., No. 15-30111, D. Mass.).
