Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:41 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Supreme Court precedent defeats individual mandate and origination clause challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), the government told the en banc District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 17, 2014 (Matt Sissel v. United States Department of Health and Human Services, et al., No. 13-5202, D.C. Cir.).
