Michigan Panel: No Evidence That Broker Fraudulently Represented Scope Of Coverage

Mealey's (September 17, 2015, 11:47 AM EDT) -- DETROIT — A Michigan appeals panel on Sept. 15 affirmed a lower court’s ruling in favor of an insurance agent in a fraud and negligence lawsuit arising from an underlying $7,359,140.33 wrongful death judgment (American Erectors Inc. v. McNish Group Inc., et al., No. 322799, Mich. App.; 2015 Mich. App. LEXIS 1724).
