(September 17, 2015, 11:12 AM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal judge on Sept. 12 ordered two companies facing a class complaint alleging that they sent unsolicited faxes to pay $15,000 in sanctions for their failure to disclose the existence of a third-party fax broadcaster and an employee that knew of the third party (True Health Chiropractic Inc., et al. v. McKesson Corporation, et al., No. 13-2219, N.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 122272).
